Warranty Period
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on distributor’s invoice). Warranty is valid for a period of three (3) years for the mechanical steel frame and one (1) year for components (rollers, bearings, cables, cushion, rubber).
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers only the replacement of parts identified by the company as defective (excluding worn-out items and consumables). The company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product or negligence regarding the instructions provided.
Warranty Claims Process
If the equipment fails or requires technical support, the operator/user must contact our Customer Support Department. A representative will guide you through the procedure to file a warranty claim and direct you to the nearest approved service center.
Exclusions from Warranty
Warranty coverage is void under the following circumstances:
– Failure to comply with the instruction manual
– Non-compliance with product specifications
– Inadequate maintenance and inspections
– Improper storage or usage
– Unauthorized modifications or repairs
– Use of non-genuine or aftermarket parts
– Repairs conducted by uncertified individuals
