1. Product Inspection upon Delivery
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product immediately to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Any visible damage, missing components, or other nonconformities must be reported in writing within eight (8) business days from the date of receipt. Failure to report within this period will result in the forfeiture of any claim.
2. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
All products are dispatched only after a confirmed order and full or partial payment, as agreed upon. Once shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Use and Compliance
The buyer is responsible for using the product according to the instruction manual. Improper use or modifications without the manufacturer’s approval voids any warranty or claim.
4. Limitation of Liability
The manufacturer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited strictly to the cost of repair or replacement of defective products as described in the warranty terms.
5. Claims and Returns
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under warranty terms or agreed conditions. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturer defect.
6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from the sale or use of the product shall be resolved under the governing laws of the country where the seller is registered. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; if not possible, they will be referred to competent courts or arbitration.
